Our meats are 100% grass-fed, pastured, and free-range. We work with local farmers and ranchers practicing proper animal husbandry as part of our mission to redefine our food system.

Step 2:

SELECT YOUR STYLE

We offer two distinct styles for our beef and pork jerky to give you the kind of experience you crave. Whichever style you choose, don’t forget to take it slow, rehydrate, and enjoy.

City Slicker

Our City Slicker style jerky is thinner and more refined than other jerky brands. It’s sliced against the grain of the meat to create a uniquely soft, tender chew that melts in your mouth.

Cowboy

Our Cowboy style jerky is made slightly thicker than our City Slicker style. It’s sliced with the grain of the meat to create a long, robust chew that’s easy to sink your teeth into. 

Our turkey and bison jerky are both cut Cowboy style.
 

Step 3:

MIX IN YOUR MARINADE

Our proprietary marinade recipe includes whole pineapples and only natural ingredients. 

Traditional

Our Traditional marinade is a proprietary blend made with Bragg Liquid Aminos. We use non-GMO spices and pineapple

 

  

Whole30®

We’ve also created a version of our Traditional marinade that’s Whole30® compliant, made with Coconut Secret Aminos. We use non-GMO spices and real, whole pineapple.
