MEAT Our Friends
Shurky Jurky is active in the entrepreneurial and local communities of Portland, Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. Being big believers in keeping it local, fresh and sustainable, we support other striving startups and small businesses that are blazing their own trails. We also believe in donating to local charities in support of great social causes.
Here are some of the local partners and friends we've made along the way:

They are dedicated to “keeping it real” and making the healthiest, purest, most delicious Kombucha brew available in a bottle. Lion Heart contains the least amount of refined sugars on the shelf, from 0 – 4 grams per 8oz serving. Their Kombucha is mostly “dry” using only enough sugar to produce healthy fermentation. Mycosense Mushrooms: created by two friends with backgrounds in science, biochemistry & mycology, and a passion for mushrooms. Started with the goal of enabling individuals to grow their own choice edible mushrooms with their Miraculous Growing Kits. An assortment of mushroom cultures and growing supplies for the adventurous mushroom enthusiast that build on the DIY ethos we are so proud of in the Pacific NW.
Chechil Beer Snack: Chechil is a ‘pasta-filata’ type of cheese made from pasteurized cow milk. Chechil is a smoked, braided, salty, string-cheese snack that is enjoyed by beer drinkers and enthusiasts across the globe. It originated in Armenia and is very popular in places such as Central Asia, Russia, as well as many other Eastern European countries.
Dinner at Your Door: Founder, Margot, realized there was a missing service for busy people---home cooked and healthy meal delivery. She came up with providing delivery for people wanting to enjoy a healthy meal, conveniently, and comfortably around their own dinner table. Dinner At Your Door currently serves the Portland metropolitan area, including Vancouver, WA.

It is a delicious, all-natural nut-butter, designed to provide lasting energy and nutrition to outdoor enthusiasts and home consumers alike, through the use of supplemental whole-food ingredients. Trail Butter provides a natural source of nutrients including sodium, as well as minerals such as magnesium.
Health & Wellness Startups
Winnie's Ripfix: A remedy for hand rips. An old family recipe conjured up in the kitchen of a Mom who was tired of looking at the tore up hands of her gymnast daughter. It works amazingly on cracked heels, cuticles, rashes, eczema, chapped lips and even hot spots on dogs. Popular among Crossfitters for rips & tears.
Portland Bee Balm: The ultimate, natural lip balm, born from a local beekeeper. Portland Bee Balm is made with wax and honey from their hives and just a few other carefully sourced organic ingredients.
